Randolph RLBH Hike

TRIP LOCATION: Randolph, from Donovan School, over horse bridge to trails bordering Rt

MEETING TIME: 6:00 pm

LENGTH IN MILES: 4.5 we think. Joe was not present with his GPS. Several cell phone readings averaged 4.5

TOTAL ELEVATION GAIN (IN FEET): mostly flat terrain
DIFFICULTY: D (A=very strenuous; B=strenuous; C=average; D=easy)

Plenty of mud. With armth and humidity bugs are beginning to show up but not bother us. At the end, we were surprised we had walked so far.

TRAILHEAD PARKING LOCATION & DESCRIPTION: Big parking lot on Ricciuti Drive near trail head at Quincy Quarries

WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR HIKE: Just about perfect for early Spring hiking. Temp in 50’s

OTHER COMMENTS (problems, views, terrain, etc.)

Fun walk at base of one of the quarries, stepping along rocks and granite pieces. No one fell in.
