The hike was the fourth in a series of five hikes.  We encouraged hikers to wear costumes for Halloween and, we awarded a prize for the best costume.  Many of the hikers were nervous about the climbing involved on the Skyline.  However, by the end of the hike, they were much more confident and amazed at how well they had all done.
