ABOVE, DESCRIBE SPECIFIC TRAILS HIKED AND TRAIL CONDITIONS ENCOUNTERED:
Hiked Brook Trail to summit and then returned via Liberty Trail, passing the Jim Liberty Cabin on the way down. Trails in good condition.
WEATHER
CONDITIONS FOR HIKE: Mostly cloudy with temps in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Didn’t start raining until after we got back
to our cars and were driving home.Hiked Brook Trail to summit and then returned via Liberty Trail, passing the Jim Liberty Cabin on the way down. Trails in good condition.
OTHER COMMENTS (problems, views, terrain, etc.) Nice views from summit despite clouds. Brook Trail has several steep, but fun scrambles on upper portion that would have been tricky (and possibly dangerous) if wet. Also wouldn’t recommend descending via Brook Trail…
