WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR HIKE: Partly sunny,
temps in the 50’s, except at the summit, colder and very windy.
OTHER COMMENTS (problems, views, terrain,
etc.) A few icy snowy parts, but most of the trail was bare. Leadership decided to extend original planned
hike along the Pumpelly Trail to the Cascade Link Trail to avoid the Red Spot trail due to poor trail
conditions on the Red Spot.
