OTHER
COMMENTS (problems, views, terrain, etc.)
The group
kept together and stopped often for hydration breaks due to the extreme
temperature for this early in the season; we kept hydrated and no one had any
problems with the heat. It was a small
group compared to previous years and we think that is because we decided to
move it from Saturday to Sunday which was also Mother’s day. This however allowed for good participation
at the hiking/backpacking workshop on the Saturday. Everyone enjoyed the hike.
