CO-LEADER NAME(S):

TRAILHEAD PARKING LOCATION & DESCRIPTION:  Park headquarters off Poole Rd.
CAR SPOTTING REQUIRED?:   No

WAS TRIP WITHING WHITE MOUNTAIN NATIONAL FOREST?  No
WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR HIKE:  Very cold temperatures to start. Minus 4 degrees F. at trailhead, minus 20 degree wind chill at summit.  Mostly clear skies with moderate wind.  Fresh snow on trails.

OTHER COMMENTS (problems, views, terrain, etc.):  Fresh snow on trails required microspikes, but not snowshoes.  Full crampons might have worked better on descent, but microspikes worked out ok.  Excellent views, but windchill prevented spending much time on summit, which (amazingly) we had all to ourselves.
