Hike Welch-Dickey loop.  Trails in good shape and mostly dry.  Initial stream crossing was easy.
WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR HIKE:  Mostly sunny with temps in high 60s/low 70s with some humidity. 
OTHER COMMENTS (problems, views, terrain, etc.)
Wonderful views from both summits and numerous exposed ledges.  Several ledges would have been tricky if wet.
