An enjoyable time singing holiday and Christmas carols as we walked around Houghton’s pond.  Thanks to Pam Johnson who brought festive garlands, kazoos and jingle bells for our feet and especial thanks to her for putting together the song-sheets in a reusable binder.  She also added a couple of her own fun and very creative verses interspersed among the songs honoring the Blue Hills and AMC.  Here’s a video link to one àhttps://1drv.ms/v/s!AiqwzZ_0nJEkj9YCWRuY77hr3TNQBg
Afterwards we gathered at the Visitors Center for food and holiday fellowship.  Thanks Claire MacDonald for holiday cookies, Cathy MacCurtain for homemade eggnog desert-bread and Paul for hot spiced cider.
WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR HIKE: Sunny, mid 30’s
